My account setting is in chinese. I went to setting page and changed what looks like the language part to english. The account setting page is still in chinese but the rest of the site i can navigate in english. Help please.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your consent, please change your password and security questions in order to restore the safety of your account. Regarding your language, the settings will update once you log out and log in again.
