So my friend sent me money to PayPal but I couldn't receive it till I "finished setting up my account" pretty much giving a picture of my id and billing info and what not. So it asked me a question about business that I needed to answer and submit a file but I wasn't sure what it meant so I chose a random option and submitted a random photo but today I checked and it said my account is locked and I can not remove any bank info or make a new account with that card info and I can't get my money but I didn't know that would happen. I really need this money and I want my account back. What do I do?? please help asap!
