My account has been limited for unreason

Dear support,

i noticed that one person sent me 2 dollar without taking my permission then he report the transmission of the money.

So , my account has been limited for unfair reason!

this is not my faulte! but its his faulte ! i want to fix this problem

please help me
the team say you must contact the sender to fix your problem but the sender's email not working! what can i do ?
