My account has a limited access and I can’t fix it. Been trying to call PayPal but theirs no one to talk to and resolve the problem I’m frustrated already cause I can’t access my account and my card please help.

Doubt you will be able to speak to an agent as phones are generally non operational at the moment BUT if it is available it will show up as an option as per below.


Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
