My account cannot login

My account cannot login. When I am try to login with a valid username and password it will appeared "Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it.". Each time it appeared like this, I can reset password and login. But the problem is now I cannot login even if I am reset the password already. I don't know why my account be like this. Please resolve this for me.
