My account NOT WORKING from the beginning

Dear all,

My account has had some trouble from the beginning

I succeded to transfer money in this

but it s now BLOCKED for more than 6 months

IMPOSSIBLE to contact paypal to get good reasons

I DO WANT TO CLOSE THIS and get my money back

It s a nighmare

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty that you've had with your account. If I understand correctly, you're saying that your account has had a limitation on it for 6 months, is that correct? If so, I regret that you will not be able to close the account. A limited account remains open but restricted from use, and no transactions can be completed on that account.

If there are funds on the account and 6 months has elapsed, you should have received a message with instructions for withdrawing the funds on the account. If you have not received this communication or are having difficulty withdrawing, please contact customer service for assistance with withdrawal.
