My wife's payPal account was stolen... It's now controlled, apparently, to somebody in Turkey. PayPal will not allow her to regain control over her account because the name on her account has been changed. The people at PayPal customer support will not email a password change request to her because the name on her account, apparently, controls. She wants her PayPal account back! She has some old emails from PayPal which contain transactions within them but customer support won't allow them to be used as a means to verify her ownership. Does anybody have any advice? Thanks!
