My PayPal doesn't work after I upgraded to a business account

Hi. I recently upgraded to a business account. However, after logging in, I am stuck at a page where I am supposed to submit details regarding my name, address, etc. Even after filling out all the forms and clicking on the 'continue' button, it loads and comes back to the same page. This problem has been there for 2 weeks already.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
