I even don't know know when PayPal has permanently limited my PayPal account. I have not breached any agreement point up-to to knowledge.I am always using the PayPal account very honestly. May I know how to find out the exact reason why the account has been limited.I would be grateful if you could help me how to restore my account or how to create new one in my own name without any problem of limitations in future Thank you.
