My KYC documents are already loaded in the new account

Actually i had a previous account for quiet a long time and has been connected to shopify for a while, but suddenly the paypal button on my store started showing some error so i disconnected my account and tried to activate it again but i was not able to that, after clicking activate it asked me to login then he asked me to continue and then the paypal dashboard comes ,i was just not able to conect it, so i tried entering all my kyc docs needed still the same issue, so i finally decided to delete this account and start woth a new one, and what i noticed thart in my new account my kyc documents were already loaded , how can it be possible?  on top of that after all these efforts the problem in connecting with Shopify still persists, the same exact thing is happening, idont know how to make it work,

I am losing time,

I have my apps on trial,

I don't want to pay for them before making any dime.
