I linked my debit card to Paypal, and i was instantly charged USD 1 referring to a number which seems to be Paypals customer support number, is this normal?
Please tell me what is this. I didnt even make a single online purchase still.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
