This is the first time since I started Pay Pal account. It says it's a buisness account but I wanted a Personal account so I can use it for my Lotto. Now when I try to buy my Lotto favorites it will not let me, it was working ok before but not now, why is this ? I will ring tomorrow as well to check. Regards Wills4591
