My Account is Locked and I cant gain access

Hi there,

 

My main account was locked sometime ago and I am not too sure why. When attempting to login  I am advised of the following :

 

"Sorry, we cant log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account please contact us and we'll help resolve it. "

 

When I click on contact us it then asks to me to login in order to contact for help or use the message centre and becomes a constant loop. I have tried sending separate emails directly from the same email address however I have never had a response. 

 

I have been forced to create a new Paypal account however the Bank Account is still linked to the locked account and cannot be setup with my new account.

 

If anyone knows anyway I can contact someone to assist me as I am not able to speak to anyone for assistance.
