My Account has been Limited but I've been waiting for a week now to no avail.

Hi! First time posting here, as the title says, my account was limited due to guidelines or something and it required an identity check where I was asked to provide 2 documents to confirm my identity and address and so I did. That was a week ago, and I've only received one email from Paypal and it had the nerve to say that I haven't sent what was needed! So I double checked and confirmed that I did in fact do everything right and am now confused as hell on what to do aside from just wait when I need the funds that my account has for day to day use and can't even transfer it because I'm restricted!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
