You can only add users to a Business PayPal account. You add can another personal as an additional user and control how much of your account they can access. Multiple secondary users may access your PayPal account at the same time as you use a unique ID and Password. Secondary users would sign in using this unique ID and password instead of an email address.
Account privileges include options to allow specific users to edit your profile, view your account balance, and discuss your account with Customer Service (a maximum of 8 users can discuss the account).
For adding additional users for the first time:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
- Click Account Access on the left.
- Click Get Started next to "Manage users".
- Click Add user.
- Enter the new account credentials and personal information of the user you are adding and click Continue.
- Select which account privileges you want the user to have (such as permission to speak to customer service regarding account details), then click Continue.
- Click Done.
