Multiple Invalid Emails that I Changed my Billing Limit

Hello, 


I have been receiving  multiple emails from PayPal notifying me I changed my billing limit with a vendor. But I have made no changes to my account with PayPal or the vendor. It started a few weeks ago. I would be sent 2-3 of the exact emails a week. It’s always with the same vendor. Then today I got 19 exact emails. Is anyone else recent this in invalid mass emails? I tired searched thorough PayPal’s help section and tried to reach out to PayPal through their customer service message service, but they never got back to me. I’m concerned if someone is making changes to me account without my permission. I greatly appreciate any help as soon as possible.
