Moving to USA

Context: I'm living in México and I got an employee a System Analyst in USA, so, I'm moving next July 30th.
Since my bank does not have branch offices in USA I will unsubscribe to all my Accounts, Credit and Debit cards and bring all my money to paypal.
I need to know if I will have any trouble with my paypal by doing this, It would be necessary to change my address and all that stuff?
Is this going to cost me a fee? I mean, change my country address/deposit money?
And finally, once there, I'm eligible for paypal debt card?, cause I'm planning to buy stuff from Amazon once there.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
