Moved country

I have moved from Southern Ireland to England. I can't change my phone number so everything is coming up in Euros. Can anyone help me please

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Thanks Kernowlass, are you in Cornwall, I'm in Launceston. If I close my account, will I be able to open a new account using the same email address? Many thanks for your help.

Paypal states that you can re-use the email address released when you close the other account.

BUT I would give it at least 72 hours before trying to open a new one with your old email address as some folks have struggled doing so, nothing is guaranteed with Paypal.
