Move account to Hong Kong

Cambodia doesn't operate pay pal. I will move HK this month anyway. I need to move my account to HK now and I have people waiting to send me money so how do I set up my account as registered in HK not in Cambodia as it says Cambodia in the settings.? I just want to transfer the location of my account ans ensure it's active so I can receive the money people are waiting to send to me. Please help with advice asap. Thanks

Close the Cambodia account and open a HK PayPal account. Can't add Cambodia account info in HK info. Need HK based info for HK PayPal account. (ie. HK Billing address and HK financial information)
