Money transfres

I went to transfer money to my bank and no accounts will come up to transfer from or to. Anyone else having this problem? I've never experienced this before.

Yep..having same issue. Unable to transfer money from my PayPal to bank account.

Must have been a technical issue as it seems to be working now.
