Hello, my girlfriend has had PayPal for over a year now and I pay her for our utility bills through PayPal and a few weeks ago, it said she can’t transfer anymore money to her bank account because it’s over the limit for the year. Why is this? Furthermore, she has been asked to verify her account with a code that PayPal will send to her. She has tried over 25 times to receive this code and it has not come. What should we do? We also live in Germany. Not sure if that helps. Thanks
