Money transaction

So i made a new acc on paypal.I sent some money to that account BUT i didnt verify my mail before.And now i dont have that money But i see i sent that money,but still i dont have it in my paypal balance,what can i do?

Verify your email then it may show up?

What does it say next to the sent transaction?

Also you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.
