Money on hold, don’t want my account anymore

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! I don’t want my account anymore but have money on hold!!! I haven’t accepted the money because I don’t want to allow PayPal to have my social security which means I can’t get that money.

Then it should 'time out' and be returned to the sender in 30 days if unaccepted by you.
