PayPal has my money on hold, tried to verify me by phone but wrong number on record so I logged into app changed number got the verification code texted to me, now when I go through process to add account I get a message saying sorry couldn't verify me ?? So I've access to my account I know all the passwords I've verified my new number , what do you mean you can't verify me how much verifying does one need , so paypal now has MY money set in their account because their system isn't fit for use and phone lines are closed. Bad news this. Anyone any idea how I can resolve thanks
