Mobile number is not valid

Hi all together, Does someone know why I can’t give a mobile number not related with my ethnicity? I am Greek and I want to save a German mobile number. Why isn’t supported that option?

I have the same issue with trying to enter my dutch mobile number, but not actually having a dutch account. i'm an expat.
