Mobile number code verification issue

Hello good day to Great PayPal, I am Iroghe <Removed>, i create my PayPal account when in was a student in Cyprus, am through with my study and am back to my country Nigeria my Cyprus phone number is not working in my country, it become a problem for me to access my PayPal account because the verification code is to that number which is not working, please so i can access my account again thanks.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Once you have opened a Nigerian paypal account you will need to link a credit card as that is your only option for puchases.

You can't receive funds on a Nigerian paypal account however.
