Hello I am not able to login via the app but everything seems okay via web?

Please try to delete the app and re-install it again. Then, try to login again. If it stil isn't working, you may be ask to change your password to login via mobile app.

We do apologize for the inconvenice. Since we only have limited customer service on the phone due COVID-19, you can maximize our Chat Support on the Contact Us option of any PayPal Page.

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypal pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
