Hi dear friends kindly help me. While creating the account I mistakenly have put U.S nationality and now I can not withdraw the deposited moneys. I can not link my card , bank etc. The system asks for SSN (social security number for U.S which I obviously do not have).
I tried sending the money to a friend so she can give it to me, but running into the same problem. the system asked for SSN.
I tried contacting the Pay pal for help , but so far I have not been given a solution. They said "close the account and open new", but I have $204 on it. Why leave it there !?
Any suggestions?
