Missing "Security Key" option from ACCOUNT -> SECURITY page

The HELP PAGE for this is out of date.

There is NO SECURITY KEY option on the ACCOUNT->SECURITY page as stated in the HELP reference.

How do I deactivate the security key?

How do I report my Security Key as lost or found?

You can change the status of your PayPal Security Key online by following these steps:

1. Click Settings.
2. Click Security.
3. Click Update beside “Security key.”  ,=== NOT THERE!
