So...I think PayPal turn off your message centre when they don’t like you. Click on the bell icon-then message centre- then it’s just a blank screen.....working perfectly fine earlier ....any ideas why they do this ?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
