Missing Information on set up to paypal account

I'm New to paypal, and when I try to sell on ebay and ask for payment by Palpay.

They keep telling me that important information if missing from my account details, so I log into my paypal account and

it tells me my date of birth is missing.  I have added my date of birth and submitted the information at least 4 times now

but it keeps telling me that this information is still missing.  How do I rectify this?  As I can't sell until they have all information.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
