Someone has registered my email address with Paypal even though they do not have access to it. I know this because I keep getting emails from Paypal on this address....the emails look genuine. This email address is not the one I use with Paypal....so there are no issues of unauthorised transactions. I have tried claiming it as my secondary address, but Paypal keeps telling me it is already in use by someone else.
