Minor name change -one character - does not go through, no reply from paypal since weeks

Dear all, I want to change ONEletter in my name - I have sent the request for minor change twice via the online form, but only got the immeadiate automated response, nothing was done. I wait since two weeks. Is there a way around?

Paypal are never 'quick', they will probably get around to it but it may be weeks    

You could phone for an update?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
