Metrobank statement doesnt include paypall password

Paypal debited 100php to my account to be verified. when i check the statement today there is no password. Where can i get the password if it's not written in the statement?

You do not see a 4-digit code?

 

For example:

PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE
