Can somebody please please tell me how to send a message to PayPal if you cannot login. I have another PayPal account somebody hacked and I can’t login so I can’t send a message they don’t answer the phone and when I ask for help on this one they can’t do nothing for me because it’s not this account.. Please three days now somebody’s got my PayPal and I can’t get in it somebody please tell me how to get on and talk to somebody.....Thank you so much Joe 194
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
