Message Centre Sent Messages

I can no longer review my sent Messages in the message centre. How do I reactivate it?  I want to ensure my messages have been sent in full

Hi @dalley66,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to see your sent messages. When you click the bell icon and then go to your Inbox, do you see a column on the left that shows the options for Inbox and Sent? If you click Sent, do you see your sent messages? If not, please let us know!

No. I have taken a screen print of before opening Message Centre and after opening New Messages. There is no Options Box anywhere.

There doesn't appear to be an Inbox.

No I cannot see either an "In Box nor Options"

I'm very sorry to hear that the Message Center format has changed for you. Please reach out to customer service to let them know. If there's a technical issue, they can report it to technicians to look into.
