Message Center

Hi, I have an alert saying I have a message but when I go to message center there’s no message. Can anyone help me figure out why? Thanks.

Hi @Akapoor95,

If you don't have an message in the Message Center or any update in the Resolution Centre, I would suggest you try to clear your cache and cookies on your browser and login again or use a different browser.
