Thanks for your reply however when I sent a payment to myself using another account, it said my funds are frozen for 21 days as I am a seller? It's rather confusing...so now I can. It access to the money that was sent to me.
You can sell on both personal and business accounts so both accounts are subject to the new seller hold.
The only was to not pay as a seller into your account is to use the friends / family option BUT I don't think that option is available in your country.
I guess I have no choice but to accept the high fees and conversion rates from Paypal at the time being till all my money are transferred out then I will use more efficient and lower cost options than Paypal. The fees are ridiculously high!
