My login no longer works.
I was asked to enter the security code that was sent to my cell phone. My wife didn't have the cell phone here. After three attempts we were banned.

Mein Login funktioniert nicht mehr.
ich wurde aufgefordert den Sicherheitscode einzugeben, der aufs handy geschickt wurde. Hatte das Handy nicht hier, hatte meine Frau mit. Nach dreimaligen versuchen wurden wir gesperrt.

Wie kann ich nun wieder entsperren.
