Many errors on website and in mobile app

I cannot transfer funds because there is no ID pic option or message func in mobile app. I had been transferring funds, but Paypal just decided to block funds transfers and require that I snap a pic of my ID. I don't have a cam on laptop, so must use mobile app to use cam from within pp.

 

Error on website 90% of logins on password, and on credit card number used as login verification. 90% of the time, I have to go through through as-if forgot password, set a new one, verify by credit card number fails, verify by texting works.

 

Message function on website is just a bot.

 

The only phone number I see is for Mastercard.

 

You are "community", so can't fix any of that!
