Managing multiple stores with different emails through one Paypal account

Hello community,

We manage multiple stores with different emails for customer service purposes (ex: info@ xyz.com + info@ abc.com) 

But we have found that our customers are emailing us through our "primary" paypal email address which is actually a personal email address (ex: john@ business.com ). It seems that it is now too late to change the "primary" email address.

Is there a way to direct our customers to contact the correct corresponding email address for the corresponding store purchase and not show the primary address? Is there a way to have separate multiple paypal accounts for our multiple stores under one bank account?
