Does anyone know how to upgrade a business account to become a non-profit? We have recently become a 501(3), but months ago established a Paypal Business account while we were 501(c)3 'pending'. I have been in an 'infinite' loop on the Paypal site, where I am being asked to confirm business credentials for nonprofit and then when I select that option, it says that we are not eligible. I've already updated all our account information to reflect this change, but can't find a way to submit any documentation to Paypal. Wondering if they just contact me, and then I provide the information? Or do I call them and ask them how I do this? I have found the phone number
