I have tried to update my new mailing address at least 10 different ways. Using the known good zip another zip known for the city, using words like apt, unit, #, suit for the apartment number. It keeps saying “add correct city, state, zip” even though its 100% USPS, UPS, Amazon Prime approved legitimate address.
There is the billing address and the primary address. To update a billing address, it has to match what you have on your credit card or bank account therefore ensure it is updated in your financial account(s) first, then try updating the billing address at PayPal. After that you can mark the billing address as your primary address (for main/shipping address).
