My preferred language is set to ENGLISH but all communications via email from PayPal are in GERMAN. I don't speak GERMAN and I don't understand any of your comms. This problem has persisted since years and hence I've never used PayPal due to this but now I need to use it more actively and it's annoying as **bleep** not to be able to change the language settings of the comms I receive from you.
I get the e-mails in Finnish just because I live in Finland, but I don't speak the language. I have been complaining about this for years, but PayPal keeps ignoring this major issue.
My solution is that I have stopped using PayPal as much as I can. I only use it for rare occasions when other ways of paying are not possible.
