MFA and login issues

Posting here as got a useless response from 'customer service'.

On Android mobile app I am prompted for fingerprint then Google Authenticator app code.  I then go to a screen which is blank other than a large X in the top left corner.  I click on that and get an identical screen.  Click it again and am prompted to login from scratch.  There are no other options.  I tried de-installing and re-installing and it worked fine the first time then went back to the blank screen.

On a laptop I am frequently given the 'I am not a robot' check box and then it errors.  I login again and the same thing happens.  Once more and it finally prompts me for my authenticator code.

It seems to me that PayPal and MFA don't get on very well.  Anyone else experiencing similar?

Me too. After I enter the texted passcode I just get a series of blank popups. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and turning on location permissions--no change.
