We are in Hong Kong. My wife created new Papal account few days back. She entered email and phone number while creating the account. She purchased few things using PayPal on day 1.
She is trying to log in today but the password is showing invalid. I think she didn't start cookies so PayPal website doesn't recognize her email ID and not allowing her to reset the password using email. Surprisingly the phone number is also not saved, we are unable to reset the password using phone number.
We have all emails on our email ID confirming past PayPal transactions. How can we access her account by resetting password.
PayPal phone in Hong Kong isn't working, due to COVID, it seems it is not working.
