2-3months back my sim was deactivated and can’t be reactivated i want to close this account and make a new one but I can’t close as they send a OTP in my sim number i can prove it if needed but please close this account .
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
