Without rubbing off on anyone I need to figure out how I can add my new card to my PayPal account. They sent me a request to answer how much the two transactions were ( withdraw & return to new card ) but I couldn't access them until I got hold of my old phone. Now that I see the transactions I am not allowed to enter that info so I can verify my new account. How can I do it again so I can add my new card ?
