I've had problems logging in to PP despite using my correct email address and pw. I've now twice changed my pw and everything appears ok (for now). How can a customer use the online help or contact if they cannot sign in??!! Also tried phoning but after pre recorded message get cut off. Clearly something is going on at Paypal that the public are unaware of. Anyone else experienced this and if so what was the resolution? Thanks

same here, correct email and pswd and have had to change 3 times in a week..

 

What's the deal Paypal? I know you are broken coz Something is always wrong.
