I cant login to my account and also cant change the password please help and customer service aint working

I am really sorry you've had to deal with this. I just want to know, are you using your mobile phone or your computer? You may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your internet browser.

Once you were able to do that please try to log back in by following these steps below
